My product has a weird smell.​

  • When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a pre-treatment applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

Has my order been sent yet ?

  • You will receive the tracking/order status information when it is provided from the vendor. Please check your junk email just in case it was mistaken as spam.

Part of my order is missing.

  • Just send me an email of your original order, clearly identify the items that you did not receive and I will work with the vendor to get your missing items sent to you as soon as possible.​

Which methods of payments can I use?

  • Currently, I am accepting the following:

Is it safe to order online?

  • Yes. This website complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). This is the highest information security standard for organizations or companies that accept credit card payments. This standard provides protection of the privacy and confidentiality of the card's data used to complete the online transaction.

What can you tell me about the quality of your products?​

  • ​Products go through a 3-step quality check before being shipped to you. 

    • Automated software checks graphics for quality before fulfillment and an AI (Artificial Intelligence) tool evaluates if the image needs any adjustments before printing.

    • Fulfillment specialists check quality while orders are being fulfilled.

    • A final quality check is done when your design is printed on the product before it ships out.

Can I track my order ?

  • Yes, when the warehouse fulfills your order, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you and that will have the tracking number.

You’ve sent me the wrong items.

  • If this happens, please email me right away with a picture of the incorrect item and a copy of your original order. I will need to verify that the error was caused by the vendor. Once I am able to do that, I can work with the vendor to get the correct item mailed to you as soon as possible. 

  • ​Due to the inconvenience, I will send you a special coupon for you to use in the future. I appreciate your patience.

I forgot to use my discount code.

  • It's ok. Just email me as soon as you place the order. Send me a copy of the code I sent you so I can refund you based on that discounted amount. It will be like you actually used the code.

Shipping - How much is it and how long does it take?

  • You won't be charged an additional fee for shipping but taxes are calculated at checkout.

  • ​All products have to go through production, then shipping. Normally, it can take about 7 - 10 days for you to receive the order. However, there could be a delay on shipping when there is a high volume of orders/courier issues/weather/holidays.
